The Byre @ Nantygwreiddyn Barns

Reconnect with nature and enjoy the spectacular views from our hill farm in the Black Mountains. The historic stone barn has been sympathetically converted into two adjoining cottages. The Byre, with two double bedrooms and The Sheep Pen, a double bedroom with double sofa bed downstairs. Fully self contained with kitchen areas, internet, smart TVs, handy USB sockets in all rooms and bedding and towels provided. Guests have access to our 60 acres of land where we keep rare breed sheep and deer.

The barn is set in 15 acres of private pasture on the Mon Brec canal, between the villages of Talybont on Usk & Llangynidr. The spacious barn boasts a log burner & use of the adjacent communal games barn. It uses electricity created by our solar panels & benefits from underfloor heating.

You can enjoy the fantastic views and scenery, take a walk around our farm and interact with the animals (donkeys, chickens, dogs). Good wifi, TV/DVD, films and a box of games. Kitchen has plenty of everything and there is a log burner in the living room as well as a firepit outside.
