We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. The space is located up 16 stairs in the carriage house. It's about a mile from Hendersonville's Historic Main Street and yet secluded on 2 acres in wooded Laurel Park. A public park with a pond, stream, pathway adjoin the property. 30-minute drive to Pisgah & DuPont Forests.

Located in a quiet wooded neighborhood, the Byrd Box is a mile from our quaint downtown with shops, restaurants, and local pubs; a 20 minute drive from hiking trails, waterfalls, and apple orchards; and a short hour from the ski slopes! Come relax on our porch swing and enjoy the beautiful Blueridge Mountains.
