We have a multi level backyard with gazebo with swing, fire pit and huge deck. Fully enjoy the wildlife and outdoor activities.

It is strictly set up for a couple that are 25 years of age or older plus children are not allowed. This quiet and historic neighborhood is close to all the beaches, shopping and restaurants. The newly constructed 480 sq ft "Fun Cottage" has lots of unique features to explore and enjoy. Outdoor shower and extras.

The Cottage is located on Seales Farm- a working cattle farm with views of pastures, grazing horses and some unusual sounds (guineas and lowing cattle.) This pastoral and rustic setting offers solitude- NO TV and NO WiFi . - There is a private outdoor seating area with a great view. We are a little more than an hour from Pensacola Beach, Fl. which boasts historical Fort Pickens and 75 miles from Gulf Shores, AL. Wind Creek Casino just 20 minutes away.

I'm an Alabama girl who wanted water access and to be closer to the beach. I bought this little piece of land on Miflin Creek and graced it with a mobile home. Miflin Creek leads to Wolf Bay and the Gulf. It's convenient to OWA (8 minutes), lots of restaurants, and the beach. It's quiet and peaceful. I enjoy paddleboarding here or just sitting on the deck watching the Osprey build a nest nearby. I'm so happy to be able to offer it to you.
