We are situated right next to a small private marina. Although the dock is not available for use, the boat ramp is offered for a $5 drop box fee. The porch is a favorite spot for morning coffee or evening happy hours!

The studio is half a block to the beach in a neighborhood of large, family-orientated rental houses. Easy walking distance to restaurants, bars, ice cream, coffee shops, and more.
