Cozy, stylish, spacious and renovated house. It is located in a quiet and very convenient location, for visiting shops (Walmart, Publix, Costco, etc.), restaurants, next to I-295, NAS JAX BASE. The beach is 30 minutes (equipment: beach chairs/towels/umbrella, beach cart, children's sand toys). The house has 4TVs, a crib, a play area for kids with toys in the living room. Free parking: garage -2 cars, driveway-4 cars. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, spices, tea and of course coffee. Welcome!

You can play some games or puzzles if you want to stay inside or Crochet on the front lawn to enjoy some fresh air & sunshine. We are 2.5 Miles from the WW Ranch Motorcross park. We don't have anything new but I can assure you it will be clean. Sorry we are not suited for children or pets, 2 guests Max. and check-in must be before 9PM.

The home is meticulously clean and updated with waterproof flooring (yay for pets) and also has a private, secured yard for furry loved ones. An occupant resides at the rear of the property but this is NOT a shared home/space. This home has NO shared spaces. Privacy, comfort and cleanliness is what to expect. Close to all things Jacksonville. 25 mins to Downtown Jacksonville and Mayo Clinic.
