The closest Metro stations are Van Dorn & Pentagon City (not walkable), you can easily access I-395 in less than 5 minutes. Many great ethnic restaurants in the immediate area. Only ~15 min to DCA, monuments/museums (7.8 miles to the Washington Monument), SW Waterfront, Old Town Alexandria, Capitol Hill (20 min).

Beautiful clean bedroom and private bath. Refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig in a large walk-in closet. This unit is closed off from the main house and has a private entrance with a code lock for self-check-in. It is 1 mile to Ballston Metro and is a 10 minute drive to DC (w/out traffic), FREE street parking available with a parking pass that is provided. It is a perfect size for one person. There are no shared spaces other than the driveway. There is a small refrigerator with a freezer, microwave, Keurig, TV, and two large closets. Fur babies are welcome. Minutes away from I-95, Alexandria, and Arlington.

A private suite & parking

You get everything you see in the pictures, a private suite ready to welcome a last-minute reservation. If you need to check in early or check out late, the host will try to accommodate you when possible. A $70 extra fee applies for a guest who wants to use the second bedroom. It is currently used to keep bedding and linen. It remains locked. The host will always knock or text before entering the living room on the first floor.
