Cuenta con tres casas en el lote, con un total de seis dormitorios, cuatro baños, dos cocinas grandes, un área de barbacoa y una piscina de cemento de 4 pies de profundidad con terraza en el patio. El camino de entrada tiene capacidad para 4-5 coches. Cada baño tiene agua caliente y cada dormitorio tiene aire acondicionado. Capacidad de 12-16 personas.
