En egen lägenhetsvåning i ett hus i hjärtat av idylliska Kålltorp. Spårvagnar och bussar finns 300 meter från boendet som tar dig till centralaste Göteborg på 10-15 minuter (Ullevi, Liseberg, Centralstation, Avenyn etc). Mycket fridfullt men ändå centralt område. Det är fri parkering på gatorna utanför huset. Man har självständig tillgång till lägenheten som är på våning 2 av huset och lägenheten är på hela 75 kvm. Lägenheten är mycket ljus och är i mycket bra skick. Se bilder.

3 rok i Lunden

Här bor jag med mina två barn. De helger som vi är ute och reser hyr jag ut lägenheten. Lägenheten ligger på fjärde våningen, utan hiss, så medtag god kondition. I ena sovrummet (som inte har en dörr) finns en 160 cm-säng. I barnens rum finns en 120 cm-säng samt en loftsäng (den passar små personer och barn). Ibland har vi besök av hund, därför kan jag inte garantera allergiker ett bekymmersfritt besök. Jag hyr enbart ut till lugna personer som visar god hänsyn till mina grannar.

Welcome to a private studio in Scandinavian style in a quiet area with its own entrance, 140 cm wide continental bed and a large bathroom in the east part of Gothenburg. Good communications by bus or bicycle. Free wifi, new furniture, fridge, considerable facilities, and flexible check-in 24h. The studio is located in the basement of my house with own entrance. It lacks a proper kitchen but has a bench with a fridge/freezer, microwave and kitchen-ware.

This cozy tiny house is located in Utby in northeastern Gothenburg, close to the vibrant city center as well as beautiful nature. It has its own bathroom and the ability to cook simple meals. A small barbeque is available as well. The place is suitable for 1-2 people, but can accommodate more. Facing a large yard with apple and plum trees as well as berry bushes makes it the perfect getaway place all year around.
