The apartment is located in the upper floor of a three-party house in a quiet Godesberg altitude and extends over 2 floors. It is bright and spacious. The view is stunning and goes into the green and the Seven Mountains. The existing balcony to South is accessible from the living room and kitchen. Living at the groundfloor we are happy to assist you to make you stay as convenient as possible! The apartment is fully equipped and has a large living room with panoramic views, kitchen and bathroom. Two double bedrooms are on the same level, the third bedroom is on the upper level accessible via a space-saving staircase. It has a double bed and a work area with desk. Parking space is available directly in front of the house on the street. The connections with the B9 and the infrastructure of the Bonn area is excellent. The Cologne-Bonn Airport can be reached in 25 minutes by highway.   The apartment is a great base for exploring the local sights of Cogne-Bonn area and the romantic Rhine Valley with Rolandsbogen, Loreley and the Seven Hills. Muffendorf is a very picturesque part of Bonn-Bad Godesberg. There are many half-timbered houses in the old town along the main road and in many places that have preserved their originality. You have a good view of the Seven Mountains with Drachenfels etc. on the opposite side of the Rhine. There are two exquisite restaurants and two pubs to explore in walking distance as well as the Café de Muffendorf that Thursdays - Sundays also offers fresh baked goods. The nearest supermarket is open Monday - Saturday until 22.00.
