Als Highlight gibt es eine Sauna, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein kleines Bad, ein Kinderzimmer (2 Betten), einen Wohn-/Schlafraum mit Doppelbett, große Couch, TV und DVD-Player und einen kleinen Garten mit Sitzecke. In der anderen Hälfte des Hauses wohnt der Vermieter, der bei Problemen, Fragen oder für Informationen zur Verfügung steht. Innen komplett saniert, Vermietung seit 11/2019.

Den Schlafplatz für zwei Personen erreicht man durch eine bequeme Leitertreppe. Es gibt einen kleinen Holzofen der die Hütte heizt, als Herd genutzt wird und Behaglichkeit verbreitet. Direkte Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Grundstück. Es befindet sich eine weitere Hütte auf dem Grundstück die auch gelegentlich Gäste beherbergt.
