The fenced backyard has a deck, propane BBQ and seating area, movie screen & projector, trampoline and fire pit (firewood provided). Fun for the whole family!

We've recently renovated our basement to create a stylish, modern, cozy and quiet guest suite. There is a side entrance that opens directly onto stairs taking you down to the unit. It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. Included are 2 bed rooms with 2 queen beds and a third small bedroom with baby crib and a twin bed. Full kitchen and a spacious living room area. Short drive to wineries, beaches, golf course, and beautiful farm land. There is a Nordic Spa 15 min from my apartment named Wave Nordic Spa you have to check it out.
