Strictly no parties or excessive loud music or noise to disturb surrounding neighbors. Ideally suited for quiet relaxing getaway 🐚🏖️🌊 Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay. This 2 bedroom guest house is battle axed and has valley views. Walk to the lake and the beach in Avoca. New dwelling to enjoy. Please note there are a number of stairs to access cabin. Property not ideally suited for persons with mobility difficulties.

There are two balconies for you to overlook South Avoca, the Greek Villa sleeps upto 4 people - 1 Queen and 1 Double fold out sofa Bed, 1 bathroom. There is a small kitchenette attached to sofa room with fridge, toaster, health grill ,toaster and kettle.
