Quiet and close to downtown Eugene, this guest house has the tranquility of it's farming past. Its a short stroll to the Willamette River (stop by Ciderlicious on the way!) & pathway to the Whittaker Neighborhood and the downtown. Easy access from the 569 Beltline too. Guests have their own entrance and back deck and bathroom. There is a small refrigerator to use in the room. We provide coffee, a variety of teas and snacks. Enjoy this cute and cozy tiny home, equipped to make your vacation comfortable and convenient. Our house is located within walking distance to the U of O, Hayward Field and Matthew Knight Arena and minutes from either downtown Eugene or Springfield. We are also located close to Hendricks Park, a beautiful rhododendron and native plant garden. There´s a supermarket close by, restaurants, and easy access to I-5. Spanish, French and English are spoken. All are welcome here!

Private entrance to private second floor space above garage of owner’s home, no shared walls once upstairs. Kitchenette has a sink, microwave, toaster and small fridge. One queen bed and two futon couches. Projector with movie screen and small smart tv. Driveway has basketball hoop. No smoking/vaping inside nor outside.
