Relaxing & comfortable guest-suite with private courtyard, close to shopping centres, bus stop and just around 15 minute walking to Chester Hill station. The suite is equipped with air-conditioning, TV, unlimited fast broadband Internet & WI-FI. Tea, coffee and cooking facility are also provided. Guest also has the gate remote control to enter and exit with ease. This is the 1st of two separated guest-suites on our large backyard with trees. It is self contain and no sharing amenities.

Full Kitchen with Gas stove, fridge and microwave and bathroom with shower. It has it's own washing machine as well. Friendly 2 dogs are on the premises. FREE off-street parking
