A quaint three bedroom, two bath modular home on almost 2 acres. Lots of room to roam and surrounded by country side. The house is 15 miles from Pine Mountain, 8 miles from West Point/Lanett/Valley &10 miles from Lagrange. **not in a city must drive. Enjoy an open floor plan and a big front yard. Cozy home that is perfect for a small family or group of friends. Across the street from Chucks Marina that has a dock up bar, restaurant and live music during season. A short 5 minutes walk if you choose to just walk there. Home has everything you need, including your own boat slip, while away on your Lake Martin getaway. If off season and a football fan, Auburn is just a short 20 mile drive away. Lake Martin is also known for great fishing and many hiking areas you can enjoy.

Cozy two-story townhome located 1 mile from Toomer's Corner and near a Tiger Transit stop. It is located at the end of the cul-de-sac on a quiet street. We have a large fenced-in backyard and outdoor entertaining space, as well as a cozy gas fireplace for chilly nights. After you're done exploring what Auburn has to offer, come unwind at our place. Pets are welcome! We provide refuse bags to pick up after your pets, and water/food bowls. There is a $50 dollar pet fee.
