There is so much to explore in the New Forest all year round and Ashurst is a great base to explore from.

This self contained guesthouse is perfect for escapes to the New Forest. Situated in the New Forest National Park 'Forest’s Edge' is great for anyone who enjoys the outdoors. Ideally placed for walking, cycling and sightseeing in the forest or on the coast, our airbnb is also near the historic city of Southampton. Comprising a private entrance, sitting room with kitchenette and dining area, and a separate double bedroom with en-suite shower room, the accomodation also has it's own private decking area where guests can enjoy the garden.

Beautiful, large Shepherd's Hut (20' x 12') in your own peaceful, private space between the garden & the fields - perfect to explore the New Forest. Bring your walking shoes, bikes & horses. Beautiful place for artists, yoga and meditation. There's a stream for you to go and sit by and you can often see deer in the fields next to you. Sit by the firepit and listen to the owls. More ponies, cattle, donkeys wander down the lane past the house than cars. An idyllic escape.
