It is also an hour jaunt to some popular ski areas, including Loveland Ski Resort and Winter Park. This suite includes an upgraded bathroom with a spa-like shower. Bedroom accommodation features a queen sized pillow top mattress, and TV with Roku. You'll also have your own dining space and kitchenette.

The guesthouse is a separate residential unit in the oldest commercial building in Westminster. It's located in an arts district, walking distance from art galleries, sculpture parks, and restaurants. Includes full kitchen, wifi, and private entrance. Westminster is a perfect location - 15 min to Denver or Boulder, 30 min to Red Rocks, and 40 min to mountain trails. Recently updated with recessed lighting, hardwood floors, and a renovated modern bathroom with a tile shower and heated floors!

Studio in a mid century style house. Room has a desk, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Private bathroom with a ship lap wall. Have AC hooked up for summer! I do control from my side of house. Let me know if it’s too hot. Have a fan to help circulate air based on need from reviews. Won’t provide coffee. Sorry it usually gets old before people use it. Only has one bed!! Also my dog will bark at other dogs/ animals so unfortunately service pets aren’t a great fit. Sorry
