Enjoy this adorable casita right on the Pecos River! This is an excellent location to relax and unwind after a day of exploring Carlsbad Caverns, Guadalupe National Park and other nearby attractions. Sip your morning coffee on the dock, or unwind in the evening and take in the view. **The Pecos River will be drained from Jan 7-May 31 for dock maintenance and river cleaning. If this is an issue, please do not book!**

8 MILES FROM TOWN OF ARTESIA The Cottonwood Guest House is newly renovated and located on our family’s farm. Spring through Fall, green hay fields surround the property. Located in a quiet and scenic rural area, the guest house is only 8 miles from the town of Artesia in Eddy County. You can also easily reach FLETC. Smoking and Pets are not allowed.
