Fully Private Studio basement apartment. Private entrance. Beautiful 1 acre yard with lots of trees, and a small creek. Wonderful place for birdwatching! The apartment is fully private, with a separate entrance but is attached to my personal residence. *The floor mattress is only appropriate for 5'2" and below. *The stairs to access the apartment are steep and may present problems for those with mobility issues. Long term stays on a case by case basis.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. it's at the end of the cul-de-sac no traffic noises. This home is spacious 2 large bedrooms fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining room. three large televisions all streaming. ***** NO PARTIES ***** through front door and back door cameras if there are any party materials or articles being brung into the house you will be asked to leave, and you will lose all monies
