Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

Private, adults only cabin for two on our gorgeous 72 acre farm in the woods. Our cabin has a full size kitchen and a king size bed. Take a hike through the woods or spend a quiet moment by Clear Creek or just relax on the covered porch and enjoy the wildlife. While the farm is tucked away in the woods, it is centrally located to all the amenities…restaurants, shopping and entertainment with historic downtown Hot Springs and Oaklawn Casino & Resort being a short scenic drive from the farm.

Women of the Woods is just moments from the action and a private, quiet space to retreat. Driving into Downtown Bentonville is 20 minutes. No cats, no exceptions.

The Bunkhouse sits adjacent to a large body of water. Just 10 miles to Pittsburg and 30 miles to Joplin, MO. Guests can enjoy time outside on the covered porch next to the water, sit around the fire pit on those cool evenings, go for a hike, play a game of pickleball, or enjoy some catch and release fishing from the bank. Each cottage has an open, spacious floor plan that includes a king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, with a Keurig coffee maker, a luxurious bathroom with large walk-in shower and stand alone bathtub, a comfy sofa with pull out bed and a cozy gas fireplace. The cottages are located just off Lover’s Lane. Take a stroll, check out a fishing pole and head over to the pond, or take our canoe out for a spin.

Lemmons Lemman - A Charming Country Getaway

Our recently remodeled guest house is nestled in the heart of Osage County countryside, all while being located less than 10 minutes from downtown Pawhuska. Artfully decorated, it features locally handmade furniture along with beautiful woodwork. Guests can enjoy a relaxing evening by the fire pit, receive a peaceful night's rest, and wake up, enjoying a cup of coffee while overlooking the landscape.

Three Dog Night is in a rural, agricultural location. Grocery, gas, and restaurants are 5 miles away. Although Three Dog Night is named after our dogs, our property can't accommodate dogs. The casita is about 100 yards from the beach, Why Kiki, at Lake Meredith.
