It is also very close to the Quantico military base, the Marine Corps Museum, and old town Fredericksburg. Also nearby a shopping plaza with a lot of convenience stores, restaurants and a sports center. Perfect for travel nurses and coming to stafford, Mary Washington hosp.

This charming cottage is adorable, cozy and convenient! only five minutes from interstate 95 and minutes from historic downtown Fredericksburg. the location cannot be beat. Stay within a block of the Rappahannock river , a ten minute walk from falmouth beach and steps from Gary melchers Belmont Museum! This historic house has beautiful original oak hardwood floors! 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and a beautiful updated bathroom. Ask about additional military discount on month stays

Downtown Oasis (Pets Welcome)

Our warmly decorated guest suite is attached to but fully separate from the main part of our home, with its own private entrance. The suite includes a spacious bedroom, large bathroom and separate living/sleeping area with a TV, mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, and Keurig. An adjacent laundry room is available for your use upon request (FOC). The small deck, patio and fully fenced yard are included for your exclusive use. Parking is available on the street right out front of our home.
