Located 9 miles from Blowing Rock Village, 6 miles from Grandfather Mtn and 4 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway, Wildberry Cottage is situated on three acres bordering the Nat’l Forest. There is a gorgeous view from the deck where visitors are welcome to relax. The guest space is a suite (entire floor) with two br (1 full, 1 twin), a kitchenette (in single room) and a full bath. Parking at top of paved drive may be necessary for rear-wheel drive cars during inclement weather.

Make Sugar Mountain your quick getaway destination. Be sure to use a parking pass during your stay (provided). Snow chains or 4x4 required heavy snow conditions.

We also provide our guests with a locker (details given at check in) you can leave skis and snowboards so you don't have to walk back and forth with your gear!! You are close to several great restaurants and about 2 miles from the closest grocery store. My husband and I are local so we are available to answer any questions you may have.

Our Cabin is brand new as of the end of August 2017. My place is close to Ski Sugar (2 miles), Ski Beech (6 miles), Grandfather Mtn, Boone, Blowing Rock, Tweetsie Railroad, Blue Ridge Parkway. You’ll love my place because it's Nested in the Lush surroundings of the Blue Ridge Mtns. Our cabin offers all the comforts of your own home combined with the beauty and serenity of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

You'll have a great time at this cozy studio. A spectacular view out the window makes you feel like you are in the clouds as you step out onto the balcony to take it all in. The amenities as part of the Sugar Ski & Country Club include an indoor pool, hot tub and fitness room! A 4WD/AWD and/or snow chains are required on the mountains during peak winter conditions.
