Our space, a custom build from HGTV-featured tiny house builder Randy Jones, is on a ridge with unparalleled, 270-degree views of Grandfather Mountain, all three area ski resorts, on into Tennessee and Virginia's Mount Rogers. We're located 20 minutes from Boone and 15 to West Jefferson, and even closer to the Blue Ridge Parkway and New River activities like fishing and tubing. If you've considered downsizing, or you just want to give living tiny a try for a getaway, this is the place!

The Loft

The Loft is a 800 SQFT Rustic Urban Design with 1 Bedroom 1 Bath has an open floor plan, Large windows throughout the home with breath taking views of the Mountains and trees surrounding the Property. The Back Porch is totally private with a Sectional Sofa to enjoy the evening breeze or to watch the sunset. Back in side we have a full Kitchen with all amenties of home, Dining Room, Living room with plenty of space to relax and watch TV, And a large Bedroom with adjoining Bathroom.

Our Happy Little Hut

Come and stay in our unique quonset hut just 15 minutes to Boone! This is a half circle metal building turned into a unique tiny home cabin experience. This 400 sq ft space has everything you need including a bedroom, bathroom and upstairs kids loft. The main area has colorful wood details and an accent wall with 100 year old barn wood right from our own farm. The water is straight from a natural spring up our mountain. This space is ideal for couples, and two kids.

Blowing Rock Tiny House

Nestled in the Blue Ridge mountains only ten minutes from both downtown Boone, Blowing Rock, App Ski, and Blue Ridge Parkway hiking, this fully-equipped tiny house on wheels is a great spot for vacation or an extended stay in the Appalachians. Note: this is a tiny house. It is 8' x 26'. It is very comfortable for up to two people (maybe three if the third is a very small child). The New River runs directly in front of the property and provided unique access to pristine, hatchery supported trout fishing. We are ten minutes from Appalachian Ski Mountain and two miles from downtown Boone with easy access to 321. This retreat is the perfect getaway for exploring all the High Country has to offer.
