This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

Stig in i en värld av lugn och lyx i detta nybyggda hus som erbjuder en spektakulär havsutsikt. Här kan du verkligen unna dig själv och njuta av lyxig saltvattensbubbelpool på takterrassen. Takterassen är över 100 kvm. På entréplanet finns det en privat pool för avkoppling. Det finns även två Weber grillar tillgängliga, en på takterrassen och en vid uteplatsen vid poolen där du kan samlas med dina nära och kära och avnjuta läckra måltider tillsammans.

The space is newly renovated also decorated and spacious compared to the old town houses. Couple of minutes of walking away to beach, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, park & public transport. 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 bathroom at first floor and another WC in ground floor. Every room has air conditioner, fully-equipped kitchen, Smart TV and WIFI. Suitable for couples & families. House is well equipped with all essentials and extras.

Our self-made bungalow is an ideal escape for a very relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. From the small balcony you can enjoy breakfasts, overlooking the Mediterranean and the mountains. Inside the bungalow you will find a small kitchen which provides everything for preparing your breakfast (fridge, water-heater, cups, plates etc.). A small wooden bathroom includes shower (hot water available) and toilet.

All bedrooms are en-suite, including a king master with jacuzzi and balcony.

Bu huzurlu konaklama yerinde ailece dinlenebilirsiniz. Taş evimiz her ihtiyacınızı düşünerek tasarlandı. Doğa ve çiçekler içinde sakin, keyifli ve konforlu bir tatil yapmak istiyorsanız bu ev tam size göre. Ulaşım: 500 metre yakında şehir içi otobüs durağı vardır ancak çok sık otobüs seferi olmadığı için araba ile gelmek daha konforludur.

Doğa içerisinde villa Kibele

Villamız kalkana araçla 5 dk mesafede çevresinde marketler ve restoranlar vardır. Manzarası muhteşemdir. Huzur dolu bir tatil için villamız siz misafirlerimizi beklemektedir. Villamızın havuzu normale göre geniş ve büyüktür 50 metrekaredir. Uzakta olsa patara deniz manzarası(iki dağın arasında uzaktan gözüken) vardır.
