We are in a sleepy seaside village called East Preston (also known as Angmering on Sea). Our seaside bungalow is located on a private road in a quiet neighbourhood and is only a 5 min walk from the beach. The cottage is detached, and has lovely inside and outside space. You have sole use of the accommodation. There is a lounge, kitchen, bathroom and 3 bedrooms (1 double & 2 single beds) which sleep 4 people. The village has cafes, restaurants and pubs all within walking distance.

Relax or adventure at this pretty seaside cottage in the heart of the village. Only 2 min walk from the beach and a small cafe. The pretty village boasts a convenience store, 2 pubs, 2 restaurants (Indian and Chinese) 2 cafes and of course fish and chips all serving wonderful food. Dogs are not permitted in the communal garden. 5 minute drive to the South Downs for walking and cycling and amazing views. Within 5 miles from Arundel and Worthing. 13 miles to Goodwood. 15 miles to B

Dogs can be considered upon application (hosts have cats) If approved, we politely ask that dogs are kept on lead when in grounds of the property. Coastal walks, variety of eating and drinking establishment’s nearby. Rustington village centre with good selection of shops and restaurants within a 15minute pleasant walk. We are located within 20 minute walk of the main line station and ten minutes from main bus routes

Self contained small bungalow, short walk to beach

Petit Palm is very popular and receives great reviews from guests. It is situated in Rustington Village which has a good range of shops, some great places for breakfast, and a few nice restaurants and bars. The property is a short walk to beautiful Rustington beach (12-15 mins walk). Arundel and Goodwood are easily accessible as are Brighton, Chichester, and Portsmouth. Great location for the South Downs as well. We welcome dogs.
