Trendy B&B just off the Amstel River and on the edge of the center of town. The B&B is located in the popular Weesperzijde area, just steps away from the Amstel Hotel and Royal Theatre Carré. In the immediate vicinity you will find a variety of cafes & restaurants including the hip and happening Café Restaurant De Ysbreker, the Breakfast Club, Café Loetje and Bagels & Beans. There are several new and old museums to choose from in walking distance such as the Contemporary Museum of Art (Stedelijk museum), H’ART Museum (Hermitage) and Artis Zoo. Tram and metro are just around the corner and will get you to the hart of the city within minutes, such as the lovely Jordaan (Soho of Amsterdam) and also very convenient for Schiphol Airport and the Amsterdam RAI Exhibition and Convention Centre. The B&B is in a traditional eighteenth century Amsterdam brownstone, it has a private entrance and features a luxurious private bathroom. In addition, the room has a luxurious king size box spring, a built-in flat screen TV, modern furniture including Nespresso machine and kettle for your use, a large wardrobe for luggage, clothes etc and free WIFI. On request we can place a cot in the room. Breakfast is excluded but nearby there are many nice places where you can go to enjoy a delicious breakfast. As a young family we enjoy sharing our experiences in the trendy yet cozy city of Amsterdam. We can give you some great insider tips for unique local restaurants and clubs for a great night on the town.

Aan boord van ons zelf gebouwde woonschip hebben we in het ‘vooronder’ een gastenkamer gemaakt. Er is uitzicht op breed water, een overdekt eigen zitje buiten en als je wil, neem je zo een duik vanuit het appartement. De boot ligt in het Oostelijk Havengebied van Amsterdam, de stedenbouwkundig veel geroemde wijk vlakbij het centrum. Voel je welkom op deze mooie plek en ontdek onze mooie stad per fiets (bij de prijs inbegrepen) of wandel door onze mooie buurt. Alle voorzieningen zijn vlakbij.

Welcome at De Wittenkade! Our renovated apartment has modern furniture. Our house is situated on a canal with typical Amsterdam houseboats. Located in popular Westerpark/Jordaan with cozy restaurants and grocery stores within a few steps, and a 20 minute walk from Amsterdam Central Station. The appt is suitable for a couple, or business travelers. The apartment is a private part of our house, has your own entrance and is located on the second floor (2 stairs up). +two bikes to use for free!

We like to give families with (little) children a family experience in our apartment, a vibrant place in a picturesque Dutch canal house, overlooking the Westerkerk and Anne Frank House.

Gebouwd in 1888 is dit een van de oudste boten van Amsterdam en ligt in de Jordaan vlak bij het Anne Frank huis en het Centraal Station. In the bright basement (with windows) of our unique canal house with façade-garden, on the corner of a canal and a square with large oak-trees you find this b&b wih lots of privacy, nice rooms and close to everywhere you would like to go! You enter the spacious entrance hall with table and coffee / tea supplies; with a private bathroom, separate toilet and a cozy bedroom / living room. Renovated with natural stone and wood. This house and this area are very photogenic.

Independent B&B on our houseboat with your own entrance. We are located on a sunny and quiet canal in the heart of Amsterdam, close to Centraal Station, Anne Frank House, The Jordaan and the Canals. You also have access to outside space on our pier where you can relax into the evening on warm summer nights.
