Swinburne Castle

Swinburne Castle is perfectly situated within its own beautiful parkland and gardens. Traditionally decorated, parts of the house have tremendous history dating back to the 12th century. The east wing is extremely comfortable and private, and don't be perturbed by the stone steps leading down to the vaulted cellar. A delicious continental breakfast will be provided in your rooms. There is ample parking and a tennis court you are welcome to use. lovely footpaths from the house for keen walkers.

Number Sixteen is a small Victorian terrace in the old part of town. Recently refurbished after standing empty, the house has been completely reworked inside to provide a comfortable, up to date home in the centre of Alnwick. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath and separate shower and a large airy double bedroom with super-king size bed. Number Sixteen is a short walk from all amenities (pubs, restaurants, shops, bus station) and from attractions such as Alnwick Castle.

Our flat has two good sized bedrooms one with a Kingsize bed with fresh Egyptian cotton bedding and there are an additional two comfortable sofa beds. Welcome to our holiday home. It's a lovely three-bedroom, three bathroom house located just behind the famous Barter Books, about 4 mins walk from the centre of historic Alnwick. It's also perfectly located (about a 10 min walk) for Alnwick Castle & Gardens. Newly decorated/carpeted, the house is the perfect place for a Northumbrian break. Alnmouth Bay is just under 10 mins drive, with Beadnell, Seahouses and Bamburgh about another 15 mins away.
