Like wildlife? Moose, fox and waterfowl occasionally frequent the yard. The beautiful Blue River is 50 yards from the house. Catch Brook Trout in the several nearby beaver ponds. Built on the footprint of an 1880s miner's cabin, it carries the past into the present.

Located 13 miles south of Breckenridge. We are surrounded by world class skiing, hiking, climbing, mountain biking, white water rafting, off road jeepin', and fly fishing.
