Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. My aim is to provide a simple, budget-friendly option for a night away. Recently refurbished shepherds hut in the Somerset countryside. Views of Glastonbury Tor. Comfy bed, running hot & cold water, electric hob, fridge, private shower & toilet block. Private location with on site parking, local walks, close to amenities. Dog friendly. The Annexe @Box Cottage

Nestled in the Somerset levels, The Annexe @ Box Cottage is everything you need for a relaxing getaway in the countryside. The Annexe is a self-contained, one-bedroom guest suite, with shower room, living and dining area with kitchenette facilities and parking. This quaint cottage is nestled in the small, countryside village of Meare green, with easy access to the A303 and M5. Being close to the national cycle routes 33 and 339 it is popular with cyclists, walkers, and bird watchers alike.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Enjoy the wildlife view from your king size bed, woodburning stove, additional heating and air conditioning. Relax on the private decking area, outdoor dining with a barbeque and firepit for toasting marshmallows amongst the trees. The mattresses can be brought down from the loft area for younger children. Portcullis End Cottage is a quirkily-decorated self-catering retreat giving you the best of both worlds: 5 mins walk from the river, independent High Street, cafes & shops. Bring your SUP, bike or kayak! There's a small private courtyard for alfresco dining and stargazing. Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome with no fee, please get in touch if you have more than 2 dogs. There are no other dogs on the premises. PLS NOTE: This private location has a strict no-visitors policy.

The Annexe, Old Churchway Cottage

The annexe is situated in the heart of the Somerset Levels , well above any flood land and easily accessed from the M5 and A303. Completely self contained, it is the ideal base for exploring the region. Located in the village of Curry Rivel, you are in walking distance of convenience stores, garage, post office, and pub - serving coffee, meals, ales and cider. The ancient town of Langport is under 2 miles away and Glastonbury, Wells and Taunton within easy reach.

The Dairy - Spacious & Stylish with Tennis Court

The Dairy is a lovingly converted barn set in a gorgeous courtyard setting. We have kept the original beams and furnished with antiques sourced at local auction houses. It is a roomy conversion and can also be rented as a 4 bed. The very comfortable king size bed has an ensuite shower, with power and rainfall shower. There is plenty of outside space and a gas BBQ for your use. There are also bicycles and an all weather tennis courts guest can use, please ask.

Haystore- Luxury Railway Carriage with Hot Tub

Enjoy the peaceful setting of this romantic spot in nature. Located in a private garden on our family farm on the Somerset levels. The carriage has been hand built and reclaimed from an old Devon railway carriage into a luxury self contained space - perfect for romantic breaks in nature. Wi-Fi, cedar clad electric Hot tub, log fire & star gazing. We also have our own little shop selling soft and alcoholic drinks, home made candles, sloe gin and playing cards
