I would like to welcome you to my guest suite. I think that you will find my small suite very cozy and have everything that you need. You have your own entrance through the back of the house as well as onsite parking in the driveway. Inside, I’ve worked hard to make the space very updated and clean. Amenities include your own bathroom with a deluxe shower, an in-suite mini kitchen with stove and fridge, a small dining table, a couch, and a comfy queen bed. 15 mins to all main universities.

In-law suite in quiet upscale neighborhood. I call it Cima Palazzo or Mansion on the Hill. Italian decor. Access to a hot tub and backyard pool. My wife and I live in the main house. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bath (which is accessible by going through master bedroom), a full kitchen with modern appliances and a living area. Master bedroom has a large walk-in closet. 2nd bedroom has a beautiful skylight. Access to a laundry room that is shared with the owner.

Cabin Suite on 90 secluded acres:)

Luxury, private suite on 90 secluded acres. The suite is attached to the main cabin. There is a separate entrance and no shared living areas. Guests enter large, private suite with living area that has a jacuzzi tub, couch, large screen TV, kitchenette, king-size, 4 poster bed, private balcony and bathroom with a 10-jet shower:) To ensure privacy and seclusion, the main cabin is available to rent for an additional $250/night only with rental of the suite.

Cozy, private guest suite nestled in the peace and quiet of Happy Valley's farmlands. Located minutes from downtown State College, Beaver Stadium, the BJC and Penn State's Ag Progress grounds and the village of Boalsburg. Tussey Mountain is a few miles away! Private entrance, a full bath, Roku TV, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, coffee pot and laundry available. Garden veranda is lovely for morning coffee!
