Located in Dee Why, one of the northern beaches' most popular dining and surfing areas. You are so close to everything the Northern Beaches has to offer, especially as it is just a 10-minute drive/bus trip to Manly Beach & Dee Why has access to the B-line (express bus) straight to Sydney City. Explore & take long walks to enjoy the environment, native flora & vibe of the local area. Long Reef Beach Nature Reserve is a short stroll north, or head south to Curl Curl & Freshwater Beaches. Whilst staying at Banksia there is little need to have a vehicle as you can walk to the beach, cafes, restaurants & supermarkets. The bus stop is just at the end of the laneway on Griffin Rd. You might like to take a short bus ride into Manly where you can hop on a ferry to take you across to the City & Bondi - if you are so inclined to venture to the 'dark side'. Detailed information can be provided, if required, to assist reaching your destination. There are so many things to do on the Northern Beaches. Try a walk around Dee Why lagoon to check out the bird life, or a cliff walk from Dee Why to Curl Curl with stunning views. Walk to Long Reef Marnie Reserve or take a bike ride around Narrabeen Lake. Do a short drive to Manly or visit Palm Beach. Shop at Westfield Shopping Mall. Dee Why is one of the northern beaches' most popular dining & surfing areas. Take advantage of the coastal living & hit the beaches, rock pool or promenade to soak up the sun. It is close to everything the Northern Beaches has to offer, including: * Numerous coastal walks: Dee Why Point to Long Reef Nature Reserve or Dee Why to Manly via Curl Curl & Freshwater beaches. * 10-minute (5.3kms) drive/bus trip to popular Manly Beach * Access to the B-line (express bus) straight to Sydney City

This is a Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours, no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, we live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Please respect the neighbourhood while you are listening to your music and keep the noise down. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that.
