It's in the Hiawatha National Forest Less then 15 minutes from town and there's countless Lakes, Snowmobile and ATV trails, and recreational activities nearby. From the north large window, you can glimpse the outer harbor light and Lake Superior. Huron has a view of Lake Superior & is just a 30 second walk from the lake where you have access to free kayaks & canoes. Another lake is located across the street. You can see the sunrise & sunset over two lakes without even driving! We are 30 minutes from Pictured Rocks and Marquette, with the infamous black rocks! We also have charter fishing service on site where you can catch lake trout. This is a great place for sighting eagles, Northern lights, meteor showers, moonrises, & rock hunting.

Our cottage is across the street from the South shore of Munising Bay, next door to Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore with Lake Superior kayaking, biking, hiking, ORV and snowmobile trails, and multiple waterfalls nearby. For hikers, the North Country Trail passes by the font door. A public fishing pier is across the street at the mouth of the Anna River. Close to restaurants, the beach, and fishing. Great base camp for Ice fishing on Lake Superior right across the street. Sorry no pets!

Connor Lake Lodge

Connor Lake Lodge, private lakefront, log cabin, which sleeps 10, is in the middle of the UP's Hiawatha National Forest. The AuTrain River empties into Lake Superior across the street, so the sand beach is beautiful & river water warm. Cottage is neat, clean, & cozy with all appliances a comfortable home would have along with privacy! I feel this is a very important feature as our guests have the whole yard to themselves.
