It is located two blocks from historic Maryville College, restaurants, coffee shops, entertainment, and the most beautiful greenway in TN. You'll be 20 minutes from the peaceful side of the Smoky Mountains and downtown Knoxville and 10 to the Knoxville Airport. This property is stunning, and we strive to include anything you might need for your stay whether you are vacationing with family or traveling for work.

Toad Hill: Dog Friendly! Close to Smokies, Airport

This is a studio apartment that shares a roof with the main residence. It is separated from the main house by a breezeway that has spectacular views of the Smoky Mountains. It is located just 40 minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park as well as Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and just minutes from downtown Knoxville. It's a very easy 15 minute drive to Neyland Stadium. It's located on a cul-de-sac so there is minimal traffic. Please note, there are stairs to access the space (see pics).

Upon your arrival to this secluded setting, you will find a charming modern log house. No detail has been overlooked in the decor and furnishings to make you feel at home. On the main floor is a generous living area which includes a contemporary kitchen with many amenities, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a laundry room, if needed. Up the staircase is the loft with a king size bed, a twin XL daybed and a sleeper sofa. Please note: this property is unsuitable for infants or children.
