No piso superior um quarto em suite com casa de banho, um segundo quarto com 2 camas e um terceiro quarto com uma cama individual e outra cama por baixo da primeira. Os dois últimos quartos dispõem de uma casa de banho comum. O jardim é vedado A casa tem um abrigo para um carro e há sempre lugares para parqueamento grátis na rua. O meu espaço é bom para famílias (com crianças). Casa da Encosta is located in the picturesque Aldeia do Penedo, on the hills of Sintra facing the Atlantic. The nearby beaches (Adraga, Praia Grande, Praia das Maçãs and others) are just 5 km away. This two bedroom house (plus a mezzanine) dates from the 1930’s and was passionately renovated in 2023 by Katrin Kaasa and Duarte Amaral Netto, your hosts. The house maintains the spirit of a cabin (low ceiling in the kitchen and some doors) but was carefully designed for comfort and stylish details.

The house has two floors. On the lower floor, there is a living room and dining area. We have a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, induction stovetop, microwave, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee maker. There is also an adjoining room with an American-style refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. There is also a toilet on this floor. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms and one full bathroom with a shower. The house has 90m2 (45m2 per floor) and a 340m2 garden.
