This private studio has a patio/yard and easy access to ABQ's great NM restaurants, coffee shops and breweries. The studio is equipped with a king bed, full bath, walk-in closet and daybed for a 3rd person.

We are centrally located within Albuquerque and are a short driving distance to restaurants, but not within walking distance.

It is centrally located 4 blocks from the University of NM, restaurants and Starbucks!! It is decorated with a modern flair for your comfort and enjoyment. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood. There is a private outdoor space with seating and a gas BBQ grill available.
