It is located close to the town of Livingston where you will find groceries, hardware, restaurants, fuel, etc. Outdoor gazebo and fire pit in common area. It is centrally located between Hammond and Baton Rouge, Louisiana. An easy drive to everywhere you want to be! Plus, it’s fully loaded with everything you will need.

This is a new apartment on the first floor with private entrance and covered parking. Guest have access to a pool, hot tub, sauna, patio and grill.
