The villa has all facilities. The terrace 500 sqm consist many sittinggroups, coaches, baldakin, sunbeds, lots of space. Internet for connecting TV and partyboxmusic. You can create many activities on the huge terrasse for young and old. A more luxury villa for holidayliving is not to be found. Our family love it down here

Modern first-floor apartment in central Mahmutlar, close to markets, pharmacies, and daily needs. Only 3 min to the bazaar, 4 min to the mall, and 6 min walking distance to the beach. The residence includes a swimming pool, table tennis, and a children’s playground. Note: There is no AC in the bedroom, but the living room AC cools the 60 m² apartment comfortably. It is only 300 meters from the sea. It has a shared swimming pool. Our pool is heated during spring and winter months. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary kitchenware. It can accommodate 4 people with a double bed, a green sofa with linens, and an extra bed. There is also a barbecue area near the house. It is 15 minutes from Alanya city center. A washing machine is available in our shared area. A peaceful holiday awaits you in our treehouse located in a mandarin orchard.
