This large but cosy flat with amazing floor to ceiling windows across the length of the apartment will wow you as soon as you step into the apartment. You will be a stones throw away from the hustle and bustle of Liverpool with everything you need on your doorstep. However, as the apartment is set back off a main road it has the luxury of being very peaceful. The best of both worlds!

1750's cottage with open fire and beams
Take it easy at this unique and cosy cottage with a real open fire and original beams. The cottage was constructed in approximately 1750 during the reign of George II. The cottage is constructed from wood and stone and there is not a straight wall, ceiling or door casing in the house! You learn very fast (after banging your head once or twice) to duck under the low door frames and beams. The cottage is small, quirky and very cosy but with a suprisingly large master bedroom and bathroom.

My apartment is contemporary, compact and very comfortable. The property is situated in Blundellsands which is quiet and leafy. Adjacent to Liverpool to Southport railway line it's a 7 minute walk to train station (Liverpool in 20 mins, Southport in 25 mins). Gormley's Iron Men and beach 10 min walk, 3 min drive. Plenty of good bars, eateries, shops and supermarket nearby. High chair and travel cot on request. Garden shared with our super friendly Springer Spaniel.

A newly refurbished bungalow in Heswall completed to a high standard. It has a front and rear drive for off street parking and is just seconds away from Heswall train station with links to Chester, North Wales, Birkenhead, and Liverpool City Centre. There are other shops and a restaurant in the immediate area and Heswall town centre has many more shops and restaurants and is just a 4 minute drive away.
