A minimal decorated appartment very close to the sea (200m)with great view. The big garden full of olive trees and many mediterranean plants completes the view from the balconys. House's proximity to all the famous and luxury resorts and other famous islands ( like spetses) makes your experience to Porto Heli unforgettable. Finally guests can bring their own boat as there is a private jetty very close to the villa (0,2 Km) , where they can use it for free and keep their boats safe and secure.

This beautiful villa is in an exclusive development has stunning views of the sea. The villa has its own private entrance and swimming pool (the pool is 10 meters by 5 meters). There is a covered barbeque area, a large terraced area, there are six sun loungers and another table and chairs next to the pool, where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful views of the sea. Only a couple of minutes walk from the house there is the "Love Bay" one of the islands most beautiful and well organized beaches. Poros town is around 3km away(5 min by car or taxi), and within a distance of less than 800m from the house there are 4 taverns.

Το Καπετανέικο του Ρίζου

Το διατηρητέο, λιθόκτιστο, πλατυμέτωπο (καπετανέικο) “κόκκινο σπίτι” του καπετάν-Ρίζου, καραβοκύρη της εποχής, δεσπόζει στο κανάλι του Πόρου από το 1851 και έχει φτάσει πλέον στην 6η γενιά της οικογένειας. Ένα σπίτι γεμάτο ιστορία και αναμνήσεις που έχουν μείνει ζωντανές από γενιά σε γενιά. Στο σπίτι αυτό πέρασε καλοκαίρια της ζωής του και ο ποιητής Κωστής Παλαμάς.
