Recommended for relaxing with family or friends. -There are three bedrooms. There are two bedrooms on the second floor. One has three single beds and the other has one double bed. The loft is equipped with three futons, and a folding bed is also available, so up to nine people can stay. Multiple families can stay in privacy. -Barbecues are also available on the terrace and in the garden. -All living necessities are fully provided, including a microwave, refrigerator, dishes, pots and pans (including condiments), hair dryer, coffee maker, electric kettle, bath towels, shampoo, and body soap, ensuring a comfortable stay. -Three parking spaces are available in front of the property. -Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a house guide. It includes directions and information on electrical appliances, so even first-time visitors to Kitakaruizawa can rest assured. [BBQ Information] *Please make your reservation at least one day in advance. -Please refrain from using the dishes in the kitchen. -Due to the impact of the coronavirus, please bring your own condiments, etc. -After the BBQ, please separate your trash and clean up the area around the BBQ space. -Please close the windows to prevent odors from entering the room. -To prevent fires, please close the lid after BBQing. -Please do not use indoor slippers when going out on the balcony. BBQ is now available in the garden. We have a Coleman roadtop grill (with 2 LP gas fuels installed). Additional LP gas fuel is sold at the management office for 1,500 yen (tax included) per bottle. 40 minutes by car from Karuizawa Station. It is a resort property located in Princeland villa, which is popular as a summer resort surrounded by beautiful nature and Mt. Asama at an altitude of 1,100 meters. I installed a living air conditioner. I installed a clothes dryer.
