Luxury shepherd’s hut in the Cambrian Mountains

NEWLY RENOVATED! Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Get the log fire burning, or enjoy a warm hot tub watching the stars. Take a long morning walk with the dog or cycle along the nature reserve that’s through your garden gate, or take the short 20 minute drive to the seaside town of Aberystwyth to enjoy the shops, restaurants and cafes. Shop and pub in the village, and although the hut is set on a working farm, there’s plenty of peace and quiet and privacy at our cozy hut.

Shepherd’s Hut “Bluebell”

Bluebell is nestled in its own private garden overlooking the sea and stunning Rhinog Mountains. Picturesque hiking trails are on your doorstep with Harlech beach, town and castle a short walk away. The area has plenty on offer; scenic steam railways, the unique village of Portmeirion, sandy beaches, the excitement of Zipworld, numerous castles and Mount Snowdon (to name a few!) are just a car ride away. If you prefer not to venture out, you can now enjoy a game on our brand new pétanque pitch!

Shepherds Hut View

Our handcrafted shepherds hut is set in its own idyllic secluded spot along the Mawddach estuary opposite the Cader Idris mountain range offering total peace and tranquillity. It has an open plan living space with a lovely cosy double bed a well equipped kitchen, table and chairs plus an en suite shower room. Outside there is a sitting area with a fire-pit/BBQ and steps which lead down to your own path onto the estuary foreshore from where you are welcome to explore our many acres of land.

Glyn Shepherds Hut is the perfect base for exploring everything that Snowdonia and the North Wales coast have to offer. Located between Capel Curig and Betws-y-Coed in North Wales, it has probably the best views in the area of stunning Model Siabod. It also combines the romance and cosiness of a traditional hut, with the modern conveniences of an attached shower room and entrance porch that gives you plenty of space to store muddy boots or clothing and kit, leaving the hut free of clutter.

Note: We are undertaking major construction work on the property NEXT to the Shepherd's Hut. Builders do NOT work weekends. However, noise levels may be higher during weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

The beautiful village of Llanberis is a 2.5 mile drive away, where there are plenty of pubs and eatery’s. There is private off road parking a short distance away from the hut and outside seated area

Our new luxurious Shepherds Hut Cwt Y Bryn, Welsh for hut on the hill, hence the panoramic views over Cardigan Bay & the Llyn Peninsula enjoyed from right outside the hut whilst alfresco dining or from your private electric whirlpool hot tub with gazebo. The Hut has king size bed, underfloor heating, a large shower, kitchen with induction hob, microwave oven, large fridge with freezer top. All cooking utensils & cooking pots/pans are provided. Wood for the fire pit & 1 bag of coals for BBQ.

Welcome to our Shepherds Hut. Newly built 2021! Our shepherd hut is a modern/Scandinavian style accommodation. The hut has full central heating and instant hot water and a good size functional bathroom and towels supplied. The sleeping area consists of a bunk bed- kingsize bed on the bottom and a double bed on the top. A fully equipped kitchen with electric hob and microwave oven, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster, also a breakfast bar for two. There is a 32' television and satellite tv.

Here is our newly completed shepherds Hut -Gwenlli a welsh name that depicts the view of Bardsey Island on the horizon. Situated in a peaceful corner of our field, nestled in the hills above the small village of Talybont in Snowdonia. Overlooking cardigan bay and boasting panaramic views from the Snowdon mountain range in the north to witnessing a memorable sunset over the Lleyn peninsula with a drink in your hand whilst relaxing in the easy to use electric jacuzzi hot tub.
