Vineyards Paradise

Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

Casa Giada, Acera, rustico in montagna

Il mio alloggio è vicino a Spoleto e Campello sul Clitunno, a 972 mt/slm, è tra la valle Spoletina e la Valnerina. Se sei alla ricerca di relax e evasione dalla frenetica ruotine quotidiana sei nel posto giusto, perchè la cornice di intimità che troverai, con possibilità di passeggiate all'interno della natura libera e incontaminata la fanno da padrone. In più la possibiltà di visitare vicine città d'arte come Spoleto, tornando la sera nel silenzio che offre questo ambiente montano.

La Cava (Palazzo Pallotti)

L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.

Casa del Cipresso, is a self-catering guest house that belongs to a medieval stone hamlet named "Borgo di Pianciano" recently renovated and composed by other 3 guest houses. It is located in a secluded and peaceful valley with breath-taking views right in the middle of Umbria's best attractions. Every house has its own private garden and a terrace where it is possible to eat outdoors. Panoramic shared pool (15x5) and steam bath.

Lasciata la macchina al parcheggio si dovrà necessariamente procedere a piedi lungo il ponte, unica via di accesso alla nostra "perla di tufo". Gli appartamenti Spello House sono luminosissimi, si trovano in uno storico palazzo medievale che per secoli fu il confine del terziere come testimonia ancor oggi l’autentica catena appesa alle mura che divideva gli antichi quartieri. Esso si trova appena dentro la porta Consolare ad un passo dalla Villa romana Sant’Anna di recente ritrovamento, e a 50 metri dal parcheggio a pagamento solo nelle ore diurne.
