This property lies in the heart of the valley with plenty of outdoor experiences such as hunting, fishing, bird watching or simply taking a walk along the fence line to watch the bison. This can provide an unforgettable and once in a lifetime experience. Summer is the peak calving time. Our bison calves are spunky and enjoyable to watch.

Bertha's Cabin in the great outdoors

"Bertha's Cabin" takes you back in time with cedar walls and maple floor even the original chimney from Grandma Bertha's day. At the same time, enjoy modern bathroom and kitchen amenities. A queen bed awaits; bring your own bedding and towels; upgrade available upon request. Step outside into the great outdoors to marked hiking trails and thousands of acres of Forest Service land. Invite friends and family to the nearby "Andrew Cabin" and the RV campsites at Sheyenne Oaks Campground.

Guests enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, propane grill, fire pit, kayaks, a dock, and swim beach. If guests decide to go out, the Perham area offers a variety of attractions including shopping, hiking, golfing, and dining. Come unwind, life is good on the lake! (Available year round.)

Welcome to our one-of-a-kind guest home. It’s an old country schoolhouse and American Legion Hall transformed into a modern retreat. This unique space blends historic charm with updated comforts like a full kitchen, cozy beds & outdoor amenities. With high ceilings and original details, it’s perfect for couples, families, or small groups. Whether you’re relaxing or exploring the area, this charming and stylish stay offers a memorable experience with a rich history.

The Dog House cabin

Great little cabin. Very new, 6 bunk beds, hide a bed sofa, kitchen and bath w/shower washer/dryer. On 3 acres w/heated breezeway for dogs or you can bring them in. Full stove and fridge and is right across the street form the Old Schoolhouse Bar where you can get pizza and drinks and meet local farmers to gain permission to hunt! Base of $90 per night, $30 per person per night for each guest over two. $60 cleaning fee at the end of your stay.

Just 15 minutes from Fargo's unique downtown, with easy access to the entire Fargo-Moorhead-West Fargo area. This home sleeps up to 8, is pet friendly, and has an attached garage to park out of the elements.. The open floor plan invites you to cook on the gas range while gathering with friends and family.
