The cottage is grade II listed and has been completely renovated. Inside consists of one double bedroom which sleeps 2, a cosy living/dining room, 1 bathroom with shower, W/C and sink, and a kitchen. Outside has private off-road parking and a raised patio from which you are able to take in the surrounding greenery, as well as the stunning views of Anglesey.

A perfect dog-friendly (one well-behaved small to medium dog welcome) bolthole for couples or families of up to four, with a games room and a nearby spacious, enclosed garden. We love spending time here and hope that you will, too.

In a superb, incredibly peaceful and unrivalled position above Llyn Padarn with uninterrupted views of the Snowdon Massif, Llyn Padarn and surrounding hills, the Snowdonia Slate Trail, and north Wales Pilgrim Trail both pass behind cottage. An excellent location for walking, climbing, cycling, wild swimming, Zip World etc. or if a quiet restful holiday is preferred it’s perfect, with two outdoor patio areas to soak up the views and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Rural farm cottage

The cottage is a self contained one bedroom annexe, on our working hill farm on the outskirts of the village of Tal y Bont, providing an ideal base for exploring the mountains, lakes, castles and coastlines. The cottage has been sensitively restored and maintains many of its original features, including a crog loft (please note that access is via steep stairs) and exposed beam ceilings. The cottage is within 60 acres of beautiful hillside farm.

A traditional Welsh long cottage, right next to the railway line. If you like trains you will love it here. The cottage has recently undergone a full renovation. It is perfectly located for visiting Anglesey and North Wales. Eryri (Snowdonia) is around 20 minutes away and everything on Anglesey is on hand. Located in a small Welsh village between Llanberis and Caernarfon, very close to Snowdonia National Park and continues to be an excellent base for explorers. The house is opposite a small Petrol Station and Spar Grocery Shop selling all basic supplies. The house is perfectly located as a base to explore stunning landscapes, beautiful lakes and magnificent mountains.
